When You Qualify for a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

— The analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our end

— You receive no results after payment

— The system crashes or returns an unreadable output

When Refunds Are Not Issued

We do not issue refunds for completed analyses where results were successfully delivered. Our AI analysis is generated uniquely for your lease — once delivered, the service has been rendered.

We also cannot refund if the upload fails due to a non-PDF file format or a corrupted file on your end.
