Crib Assist is an AI-powered lease analysis tool that helps renters understand their rental agreements.
2. The Service
For a one-time fee of $5, Crib Assist will:
- Analyze your uploaded lease PDF
- Identify potential red flags and risky clauses
- Compare clauses against your selected state's landlord-tenant information
- Generate negotiation scripts and questions to ask your landlord
- Email you the full analysis report
3. Not Legal Advice
Crib Assist provides general information only. Our analysis is AI-generated and may not be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our analysis. Always verify important matters
4. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if the analysis fails to process or returns an error. We do not offer refunds for completed analyses. To request a refund, email support@cribassist.com within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of your lease document. By uploading it, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your analysis. Your document is deleted immediately after processing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our service
- Use our service for any illegal purpose
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crib Assist is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including any decisions made based on our analysis.
