What to include
Payment problems
Include the property, the date you paid and your Paystack payment reference if you have it. If you paid for a rental, its Transaction Protection has not ended and something is wrong, also use "Report a problem" on your rental page so that the payment stays on hold while we look into it. We will never ask for your card details, PIN or password.
Inspection issues
Include the property and the booked time, and tell us what happened — for example, if nobody was there to show you the property or it was not as described. See the Inspection Policy.
Reporting a property or listing
Include a link to the listing and tell us what is wrong, such as inaccurate photos or prices, a property that is not available, or a request to pay outside CribAssist.
Identity verification
Your verification status and, if a check was unsuccessful, the reason are shown on your profile. If you believe a decision is wrong and want a member of our team to review it, tell us the email address on your account and roughly when you tried.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@cribassist.com. Tell us which request you are making — for example, to access, correct or delete your information — and the email address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity first. See our Privacy Policy.
Landlords and property managers
Questions about listing reviews, commission, payouts or rewards. You can add your payout bank account and withdraw from your Payouts page. See the Landlord & Property Manager Terms.
Urgent safety concerns
If you are in danger, call 112. Then report the listing or user to us.
